The transfer to the metro was very convenient.. with a van operating between 7am to 10:30 pm. There was lots of parking available at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety and was well maintained. Staff were professional. The lounge area was a nice place to have a drink and relax.

My daughter is in a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble. On the 2nd day of our holiday, my daughter had a flat tyre on her wheelchair which potentially could have ruined our holiday. However, I asked reception thinking that they may know somewhere to take it. Instead, they asked their own maintenance staff to look at it and it was fixed in minutes and it's still fully working now. Thank you! Additionally, they had a hoist by the pool and everyday the pool life guard helped her in and out making her holiday so easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for all the help and the touches of kindness throughout our holiday.

The staff were very accommodating, the reception area and dining facilities were great. The pool area was also good and well run. The free bus to the metro station was a plus too as the metro station into sevlle was quite a walk away from the hotel.

big and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, not too big but modern bathrooms, nice hall, terrace, pool, cozy bar and good breakfast halls, space to park outside even when fully booked. good variety at breakfast. good location but need to have a car, also good for taxi/Uber pick up.

The room was very similar to business hotels of this type. No frills. No marble bath, etc. The basics were provided.

The staff was really nice, room clean and comfortable. 24 hour reception, shuttle that takes you to the closest metro. Very reasonable rate. There's a pool that opens at 11am, and they offered to look after our stuff if we wanted to use it after checking out - that was really nice of them. They seemed to have thought accessibility through, which was very nice to see. They had lots of lifts for wheelchairs around the lobby.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with a great en-suite shower. Particular thanks to Jesus at reception who was so helpful in retrieving my holdall, which I left in a taxi. It was my fault, but he phoned around and got it back for me... thank you!! Also, a mention must go to Maite and Joaquin on the piano bar, who were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is out of the main city area but they provide a free shuttle service that takes you to the nearest metro station, which is only 4 stops from the centre and is a great way to travel into the city. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Location was idea for getting into Seville centre. By taxi, €12 & €10 back. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Good bar area and we got a bottle of wine for €10. The pool area did look good, however we didn't have time to use it. Also the parking was free.

Very clean hotel. Good bar areas to get food or drinks during your stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and very prompt if you needed anything. Hotel had a good pool with lots of deck chairs. There was a free shuttle bus that ran frequently to and from the Metro railway station where you could easily get to the main attractions in town. It was only four train stations to get into town. There was only one train line so it was easy to navigate your way around. There is a fantastic supermarket about 300 metres from the hotel if needed.

What a lovely hotel. The lobby area is huge with fountains and chairs. The hotel has several wings so we were glad for the use of all the elevators. My cousin and I had a twin room which was rather large for Euro standards. We parked our rental car and took advantage of the hotel's shuttle to the nearest Metro stop ... bought our tickets in/out of Seville and it was all very smooth and inexpensive!! No hassle of trying to find parking in Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff! Beds were comfortable and the room very clean. We would stay here again.
