I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the incredible crew! All the workers were amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their warmth made my experience truly memorable. The facilities were great, but it was the staff that really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service!

The hotel was amazing, super clean, luxurious with a lot of facilities and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It has a nice big chilling pool that was really nice in Seville’s hot weather. Rooms are very clean. You can leave your luggage for a couple of days if needed in the luggage room which is an amazing facility if you are having a short trip like in our case. Also, it has a shuttle bus going back and forth to Metro station that made the transportation easy. It has a big nice mall “elcorte englis” right behind it which is about 15 minutes walking.

We were upgraided to a suite & so we arrived in 'heaven' - such a luxury! A spacious room with a perfect bed, sitting lounge & impressive bathroom. The whole hotel is a cathedral of luxury; take a look at photos and you'll understand what I mean. The breakfast buffet was great & eating dinner in the bar was a nice experience. The staff are very friendly. A great advantage of this hotel is the SHUTTLE SERVICE to the metro. It makes reaching the center of Sevilla very comfortable and cheap. This is the kind of hotel you hate to leave!

This hotel is more like a resort, from the hotel room quality and size even to the last minute accommodations. I went with my family, and I needed a crib. From the time of us checking in till we entered the hotel room the crib was provided and even the feeding table for my one year old. This staff is very courteous and nice. All front desk assistants are amazing and made our experience much easier with their ability to speak English. Everyone from the on-site restaurants and buffet services was amazing. I would definitely recommend booking the meal accommodations with your reservation. It will exceed your expectations. This location is definitely a 10 of 10 for me and it is not even the summer season

The transfer to the metro was very convenient.. with a van operating between 7am to 10:30 pm. There was lots of parking available at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety and was well maintained. Staff were professional. The lounge area was a nice place to have a drink and relax.

Own private parking spaces for free. The swimming pool had enough sun beds and was nice big. The temperature of the water was nice. The room was surprisingly big with a little living room corner to relax.

foyer and hotel internals are lovely. staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free parking outside Room was clean Bed is very comfortable. Free shuttle bus to nearest metro stop Shower was good. Free water in the fridge in our room

Very nice employees, even if not asked they tried to give me a double room for me and my wife and made an free upgrade. To gen into the city you need to take the shuttle to the subway station which they offer for free, at every 15 minutes. After that you take the metro for 4 stations. în total, you can get to the city center in 20 minutes Very good facilities, pool and gym Good breakfast with multiple options from which you can choose Free parking, we did not had to use the car to visit the city center (in the it may be tricky to find a good parking)
